- 01What does Hidayath actually do?
- Four things, under one roof: metal supply (stainless, aluminium, carbon, copper, brass), precision processing (laser, tube laser, bending, V-grooving, perforation, welding, polishing, PVD), architectural products (mashrabiya, screens, door hardware, bathroom accessories), and industrial engineering (pressure vessels, storage tanks, skids, steel structures, pressure piping).
- 02Can I buy raw material only, or do you sell finished parts too?
- Both. Buy sheets, pipes and bars from stock — or send a drawing and buy the finished, cut, formed and coated component. Most customers start with one and end up doing the other.
- 03How do I get a quotation?
- Send an RFQ through this site — grade, dimensions, quantities, drawings if you have them. Our engineering team replies by email with a formal quotation or with the clarifying questions that get you to one.
- 04Can I get a physical sample of a finish?
- Yes, and for PVD you should insist on one: colours on screen are never colour-accurate. Request a sample from any finish page and we arrange it.
- 05Are the calculator results guaranteed weights?
- No — they are theoretical values from standard formulas and stated densities, and the site says so next to every result. Actual weight varies with mill tolerance. For guaranteed figures, ask us to quote against your specification.
- 06What happens to the drawings I upload?
- They are stored privately in our own storage and read only by our engineering team. They are never made public, never shared with third parties, and never fed to analytics or AI tools.
- 07Where are you located?
- Branches in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. Addresses and phone numbers are on the contact page — or send a requirement and we route it to the nearest branch.
- 08How do I work for you — or supply to you?
- Open vacancies are listed on the careers page, which also takes general applications with a CV. Suppliers and subcontractors register through the vendor registration page; our procurement team reviews every submission.
