Send us a drawing and we cut to it. Buy the material from us or send your own. Either way the part comes off the bed clean, dimensionally accurate, and ready for whatever comes next — which, at Hidayath, can happen in the same facility: bending, V-grooving, perforation, welding, polishing or PVD.
What gets laser cut
- Architectural panels and facades — decorative screens, mashrabiya patterns and perforated designs cut directly from the architect’s file, ready for finishing.
- Industrial components — machine parts, brackets, frames, gaskets, plates and structural components cut to drawing.
- Signage and branding — letters, logos and display elements in stainless, aluminium or brass.
- Prototypes and short runs — no tooling to amortise. The first part costs what the hundredth costs, which is why laser cutting is where most custom metalwork should start.
Why laser
A laser cuts geometry a saw or punch never could — tight internal corners, fine detail, curves — with a clean edge that often needs no rework. Because the cut path comes straight from CAD, the tenth part matches the first, and a repeat order months later matches both. Nesting software packs parts across the sheet to cut material waste, which matters most on the expensive alloys.

- Send your drawing — DWG, DXF or STEP preferred; a PDF or even a dimensioned sketch is enough for us to prepare the cutting file.
- We confirm material and feasibility — grade, thickness and quantity, from our stock or yours.
- Nesting and cutting — parts arranged for best yield, cut, and inspected.
- Downstream, if you need it — the same order can carry on to bending, grooving, welding or finishing without leaving Hidayath.
