A pressure vessel is bought on paper before it is bought in steel: the design code, the material certificates, the weld records, the test reports. Hidayath Heavy Industry, the group's industrial company, fabricates vessels to your approved drawings and the codes and standards your specification names, and treats the documentation as part of the product, not an attachment to it.
Material is procured against mill test certificates and remains traceable from plate to nameplate. Welding is performed to qualified procedures by qualified welders, with weld maps maintained through fabrication. Non-destructive examination and pressure testing are carried out to the extent your specification requires, witnessed where your inspection plan calls for it.
Code editions, welder qualifications, NDE scope and inspection arrangements are confirmed against your specification at enquiry — stated, not assumed. Send the data sheet and drawings and the response will address them line by line.
