Scope
Piping is bought by the weld. Every joint on an isometric has a number, a welder, a procedure and — where the specification requires — a film or a report, and the dossier that collects them is what turns fabricated spools into an installable system. Hidayath Heavy Industry, the group's industrial company, fabricates pipe spools to your approved isometrics with that dossier built as the work proceeds, not reconstructed afterwards.
Material is issued against mill test certificates and remains traceable to each spool. Welds are made to qualified procedures by qualified welders and logged on weld maps; NDE is performed to the extent and method your specification defines. Spools are marked to the isometric numbering so site erection follows the paperwork.
