Send us the flat pattern or the finished-part drawing and we fold to it. Buy the sheet from us or send your own, and if the blank needs cutting first, the laser is in the same building. Decorative faces are protected through the fold, so a brushed or PVD-finished panel arrives looking the way it left the finishing line.
What gets bent
- Architectural panels and cladding — folded returns, cassette panels and column wraps for interiors and facades, formed after finishing so the face stays clean.
- Enclosures and housings — covers, cabinets and trays where a fold replaces a weld and the part arrives ready to assemble.
- Brackets and frames — angles, channels and mounting brackets for building services and industrial equipment, cut and folded in one order.
- Prototypes and short runs — the press brake uses standard tooling, so a single part can be formed without waiting for a die to be made.
Why CNC bending
A programmed press brake puts every fold where the drawing says it goes, at the same angle, on every part in the batch. The bend sequence is worked out before the first blank is loaded, so a part with several folds comes off as one piece rather than a set of near-misses. Because the same team cut the blank, the flat pattern already allows for the bend — the detail that goes wrong most often when cutting and folding happen at different companies.

From your file to a folded part
- Send your drawing — a finished-part drawing or a flat pattern; DWG, DXF or STEP preferred, and a dimensioned sketch is enough to start.
- We confirm material and feasibility — grade, thickness, bend radii and the finish that has to survive the fold.
- Cutting and folding — blanks cut on the laser, folded in the programmed sequence, and checked against the drawing.
- Downstream, if you need it — welding, polishing or PVD on the same order, without the part leaving Hidayath.
