What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of SaudiHidayath.com, in English or Arabic, including its catalogue, calculators, downloads and forms. By using the site you accept them. A purchase order, contract or written quotation between us has its own terms, which take precedence over anything here for the work it describes.

Quotations are not binding until confirmed

Sending a request for quotation through the site is an enquiry, not an order, and it does not commit either of us. A price, lead time or availability our team sends in reply is an indication until it is confirmed in a written quotation or order acknowledgement that states its validity period. Prices published anywhere on the site are none: we quote on enquiry, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell at a stated price.

Capacities, tolerances and lead times shown on service pages describe what our workshops normally do; whether a specific job can be done as drawn is confirmed on enquiry.

Calculator results are theoretical

The engineering calculators return theoretical values computed from nominal dimensions and standard densities. Actual weights vary with mill tolerance, surface finish and cut; use the results to estimate and compare, and confirm quantities against a written quotation before ordering. Where a grade's density is not in our data the calculator uses the material family's value and says so in the result.

Grade equivalents shown on the site are the nearest matches across standards, never identical materials; the differences noted beside them matter and are your responsibility to assess for the application. Technical data is published only after our verification workflow, but it does not replace the certified test report that comes with the material you buy.

Finishes on screen

Photographs and swatches of finishes, particularly PVD colours, are not colour-accurate on a screen. Judge a finish from a physical sample, which you can request from any finish page, before specifying it.

Files you send us

You keep all rights in the drawings and documents you upload. You give us permission to use them only to prepare and deliver what you asked for. They are handled as described in the Privacy Policy: stored privately, read by our staff, never published, never fed to analytics or artificial-intelligence tools. Do not upload material you have no right to share.

Using the site

You may browse the site, use the calculators and download documents for your own evaluation and specification work. You may not scrape the catalogue, automate submissions to the forms, probe the site's security or interfere with its operation. Downloaded catalogues and datasheets remain our copyright and may be shared with colleagues and clients for specifying our products, but not republished as your own.

Our content

Text, photographs, drawings and data on the site belong to Saudi Hidayath or are used with permission. Standards referenced by name belong to their issuing bodies and we reproduce only what those bodies allow; the source of any technical value is recorded with it.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We keep its content accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of theoretical calculator values, indicative capacities, screen colours or catalogue data that has not been confirmed to you in writing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version and its effective date are always the ones published here.
