Scope
A skid package moves the assembly problem from the site to the shop, where it belongs: the frame, the equipment, the piping and the supports come together under controlled conditions, and what ships is a unit, not a kit. Hidayath Heavy Industry, the group's industrial company, fabricates skid structures and assembles mounted packages to your approved drawings.
Structural members are cut, welded and finished to the drawing; equipment and piping are mounted and aligned to the layout; lifting and transport points are built as designed. Welding is performed to qualified procedures, materials are traceable to their certificates, and dimensional checks are recorded before anything is offered for inspection.
Package scope varies by project — frame-only through fully piped and instrumented — and is defined against your specification at enquiry, along with weight limits, transport envelopes and inspection arrangements.
